My Saturday morning got covered in a giant grin when I glanced at Facebook and noticed my young buddy Sam had his mom post this photo to my page.
Ironically, I’ve never met or fished with Sam in person, but he’s sought me out for fishing advice through Facebook and texts on his mom’s cell.
I do the best I can to mentor him on seasonal patterns and tackle selection – and he wanted me to see he’s tuned into the Bassmaster Elite at Neely Henry on FS1 back in Tulsa, while I’m here in Gadsden covering the tournament.
