Hartsell seems to be concentrating on docks, which considering there are thousands isn’t giving away too much. But it’s not just any docks. I’ve not seen a specific thing that will define all of them, whether in structure or placement. They run the gamut.
He will hit one on a stretch that has 20 docks. Then move to an area and hit three. He has yet to set the hook. But he’s not spinning out. He’s taking his time on each stop.
It’s just a matter of time before he crosses paths with the right dock and the right fish. But it’s still a good bet he’s wishing it will hurry up and happen.
