What you are seeing on the weather map is the satellite view of the could cover. As you can see, it’s increasing with cloudier conditions on the way, thanks to the remnants of post-tropical Beta. 

Normally, cloud cover spreads the bass out, as they have no need to seek shady cover to ambush their prey. Andy Crawford just phoned in and that appears to be the case. 

“Bass are schooling everywhere, on the main lake,” he said. 

What will that mean for the fishing? It likely means that guys are running and gunning, trying to luck up on a school long enough to put a topwater in the middle of the feeding frenzy.
