Three quick fish for LeBrun

After a slow start to the morning, LeBrun has landed three keeper spotted bass in the last 30 minutes.

The area he has worked his way to has a lot of activity, with fish schooling and surfacing every couple of minutes.

LeBrun’s Active Target has been essential, as he has located these bass after they have surfaced.

So far this morning, the Louisiana native has noticed he has a better chance of getting bit around bigger groups of bass. While little packs of 5 or 6 bass will acknowledge his bait, they won’t commit.

But when there are groups of 15 or more, he feels the fish are more competitive and are more likely to eat his bait.
