Evers run-and-gun pattern quickly paid off with keeper number four.
It looked to be over 2-pounds. That should give him around 7 pounds. And he’s back to smiling again.
But he knows he still needs a big bite to maintain the pace he and Ashley set yesterday. Not sure if it can happen with what he’s doing now. But time will tell.
He’s hitting key spots with a half dozen or so casts and then running to the next spot.
Since I started typing this blog, he’s hit three places and will soon move to number four.
