Powroznik, hook bent down, still catching ’em

When it’s going your way, it’s going your way. Jacob Powroznik is the perfect example of that. Powroznik just caught a 2-pound, 4-ounce bass that he didn’t want to catch. He thought he had his hook bent down enough to prevent such an “awful” occurrence.

“It’s one I could have caught tomorrow,” Powroznik said. “I’ve got the hook bent all the way down. I didn’t want to catch him, I promise you.”

That fish allowed Powroznik to cull up to 26-5 for his two-day total. And he is done.
