Palaniuk still PO’d about The Big O

If Brandon Palaniuk wins the Toyota Angler of the Year title this year, he will do so in history-making fashion. Aaron Martens’ 85th place finish in the 2015 season ranks as the worst finish by an eventual AOY champion. That came on the Sabine River in the first event of the season.
Palaniuk could “top” that by 20 places. He finished 105th at Lake Okeechobee in the second tournament this season.
“I’m still pissed about Okeechobee,” Palaniuk said last week at Waddington, N.Y. “I’m going to be pissed about Okeechobee all the way until the final day at Mille Lacs (in the AOY Championship event), or for the rest of my life. One of the two. There’s no other way to put it.”
