No time to waste

Lefebre isn’t wasting much time. He’s likely feeling the clock tick away. He’s pitching to a dock then running to the driver’s seat and idling to the next one.

We are fairly shallow in all of this. And it’s difficult to determine which dock is best. None of them are permanent docks. They all have wheels and cranks on them and before the ice comes, each one of them is pulled out of the lake for the winter. So these aren’t your standard 4 X 4 pilings, but metal tubing or angle iron. Very few if any have brush around them either, planting brush is against the law in this lake.

But some of these metal structures are actually holding good fish.
