Check out the video just submitted by photographer Garrick Dixon. He’s up the Tallapoosa River. As you can see the runoff from yesterday’s rain is flowing into the lake. Also note the floating wood obviously washed off the shore due to the rising water.
What’s all that mean? Likely, it means that color is coming to the lower end. We shall see how that influences the bite on Day 2 and beyond, when more steady rain is expected.
