Lefebre has added his second, a largemouth that looked to be in the 1 1/2 pound range.
Looking at BassTrakk he will need to pick up the pace a bit. Kelley Jaye already has four. Numbers could play big in this event. They only have 3 hours and securing a limit, even a sizable one isn’t what these guys are used to. Dialing in over an 8-hour day is quite different.
Lefebre, though, is getting a lot of bites. He’s caught a couple of pike to go with his bass. But he’s had several swings and misses from either small fish or rock bass.
