Dave Lefebre just demonstrated how fast your fortunes can change this week at Grand Lake. Lefebre caught a 5-14 at 12:21 and seven minutes later landed a 5-0. It vaulted him from 71st place after Day 1 to 7th in the current BASSTrakk standings.
Takahiro Omori’s 23-12 big bag on Day 1 had a similar flurry of lunkers in the final hour yesterday.
This is looking like one of those days where the standings do some major flip-flopping from the day before. Omori, for one, is struggling, as is Brock Mosley, who was second on Day 1, and Kyle Monti, who was third. But you can get right in a hurry on Grand Lake.
