JP Kimbrough of the LSU Shreveport team is a more experienced angler than most of the college competitors in this tournament. He fished all nine Opens in 2015 as a co-angler. This year he’s fishing as a pro in the Central Opens.
And on top of that he’s spent time in Minnesota helping Elite pro Seth Feider guide on legendary Mille Lac Lake.
So this young guy is rapidly gaining valuable experience all over the country, and he still has one year left in college.
