Then he skipped a wacky rig under a dock and landed a 4- pounder. “I saw 20 of them and they just stopped,” he said. “Then that one exploded out of the pack and ate it. I skipped under the dock and they followed the bait out; it hit right at my feet.“
Kennedy now leads with an estimated 17-11 today.
