Mike Iaconelli caught a 1-11 to cull a 15-ouncer. It broke a 70-minute dry spell since his last keeper. As always, Iaconelli provided some educational information with the catch, saying, “I cast in the middle of that boat lift, where you shouldn’t cast. That’s crazy weird because that’s not what I would call a good dock.”
Iaconelli noted that with the sun getting higher and the weed cover dying off in the cooler weather, any type of shade is going to have a bass under it in shallow water.
