Yesterday, Derek Hudnall missed the same 5-pounder on three different occasions. This morning he got revenge on that fish.
Hudnall caught it on his very first cast of the day, and hence the reason why he gave Andy Crawford this fist pump.
I talked to Hudnall this morning at the dock during the brief fog delay. He told me that of the next two days, should the weather be nasty tomorrow (which it will), that he would save going to Rodman on Sunday, should he make the cut. That means that Hudnall elected to go back to his initial area.
