Grounded

After spending the early part of the morning with Drew Benton, I decided to drive around and fly the drone from spot to spot hoping to produce an aerial gallery of Lake Eufaula, and the anglers fishing their spots.

So far, I’ve got a solid gallery in the works, but a small storm cell popped up and forced me to put the drone on the deck of my boat and wait for the weather to pass.

At this moment, from the cover of the Hwy 62 bridge, I’m watching Stetson Blaylock and David Fritts work a cool piece of off-shore structure. They’re about 100 yards apart and employing two different techniques.

The rain is already dissipating in the time it took to punch out this blog, but the radar makes it seem as though more rain is coming.

Back to work.
