Bassmaster Elite Series Rookie, Darold Gleason noticed Day 1 leader Koby Kreiger fishing down the same stretch of bank near McFarland Park and insisted that Kreiger fish the point that had produced both of Gleason’s keepers on Day 2.
“He’s got the reputation that he’d do the same for me,” said Gleason.
Kreiger continued to catch a keeper that culled him up to roughly 16 pounds, 8 ounces.
After zeroing on Day 1, Gleason is thrilled to have two in the box with plenty of time left to fish.
