With the start of the 2021 AFTCO Bassmaster Elite at St. John’s River on hold because of fog, my boater and I drove to Dunn’s Creek to check out the situation.
And there is a blanket of thick fog across the area. The closer we get to Crescent Lake the thicker it gets.
It’s pretty eerie because we can hear other boats, but can’t see them until they are 50 yards out.
There is hope because a nice breeze just started blowing off and on, but thus far it hasn’t helped.
