Greg DiPalma has been working a grass flat south of Union Springs all morning, and for the first couple of hours he had lots of company. He managed to land a couple of small bass, but it was slow.
And then all but Jamie Hartman left, and DiPalma went on a bass-catching flurry ripping a crank bait through the grass. In quick succession, he landed three more bass to fill out his limit. It’s not a huge one, but he can now work on culling up.
