After plenty of equipment issues this morning, I’m officially out on Lake Griffin looking for anglers. The sustained north wind puts a noticeable chill up our spines as nothing is blocking it from going down the entire lake.
I’ve found one boat so far fishing a concealed area out of the wind. Bud Cipoletti and William Norris are making due so far. Cipoletti has three keepers from the front deck with one being a 4-pounder. His other keepers are small. Meanwhile Norris just got his first bite, but it came up short of the 12-inch size limit.
