Mark Davis just put his first keeper in the box. This one is in the 2-pound range.
Davis started the day in 6th place with 31-14. The three time AOY winner is currently in 3rd place in the 2017 Toyota Angler of the Year race. This year he finished 36th at Cherokee, 28th a Okeechobee, and 36th on Toledo Bend. No really high finishes this year, but he hasn’t tanked anywhere either.
This is Davis’ 278th Bassmaster tournament. And he’s earned nearly $1.9 million in prize money during that time.
