I’m not sure what John Crews is doing in the above photo. He may be celebrating a keeper or lamenting its light weight. Whatever, Crews has plenty of bounce in his step this week after recording the wire-to-wire win at the St. Johns River. Crews finished Day 1 at the Harris Chain near the 47th-place cut-line, which takes place after today’s weigh-in. He and Lee Livesay were tied for 49th place with 13-10. There was a two-way tie for 47th yesterday at 13-11.
