Chris Johnston has been at the top of the leaderboard almost all day. His 23-pound, 12-ounce first-place limit, which has him in a tie on BassTrakk with Bernie Schultz, was caught between 8:22 and 11:31 this morning. Cory Johnston has almost matched his brother and Schultz with 21-2. Interestingly, Cory’s best five came between 11:57 and 2:02.
It’s no surprise that the Canadian brothers are at the top of the leaderboard. Last year when Chris won, Cory finished 8th.
