Alabama resident Briana Tucker has one nice spotted bass in the livewell right now that is registered at 3-0 on BassTrakk, but the morning has been relatively tough otherwise.
She said the fog this morning has changed her bite some and expects that the bass will feed later in the day.
A little further down, Greg Vance is looking for one more bass to fill out his limit. According to his scale, the four fish he has in the box weigh a little over 9 pounds.
Three of the four he saw on his Active Target unit and the two heaviest bass have come from the spot he is currently fishing.
“These fish are chasing so much, but they’ll come up and stop right before they get to the bait,” he said.
Vance said he had a terrible practice, so the fog delay didn’t have much of an impact on what his game plan.
