Arizona angler Brett Hite has five bass in his livewell for about 13 pounds. He’s fishing the same area where he caught his limit yesterday and throwing the same bladed jig that is his trademark. There’s no cell service here. But we just delivered a booster device to his boat in the hopes that cameraman Eric Kafka can broadcast Bassmaster LIVE from Hite’s boat.
It’s warming up here with very little wind, and as you can see from the photo, the water is like glass. Oh and by the way, that’s Steve Bowman behind the big lens.
B-Hite has just given up on this area and departed for new waters. Yesterday he caught his big fish around 11:00. That did not happen today.
