Elite Series rookie Alton Jones Jr. is showing why there’s always hope at Sam Rayburn Reservoir. Jones was in 82nd place, after a Day 1 total of 13-7. He’s caught almost twice that weight today and has jumped all the way into fifth place on the BASSTrakk scoreboard.
