Nick Grabowski serves as Chief Financial Officer for B.A.S.S., LLC, where he oversees Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, Office Administration, and Membership.
Since joining the organization in 2023, Nick has played a key role in advancing operational excellence and supporting the strategic growth of B.A.S.S. as a family‑owned company with a global brand presence.
Driven by purpose‑based leadership, Nick is committed to delivering long‑term value for B.A.S.S. members, partners, and fans. He brings a dynamic, solution‑oriented mindset to his work and is energized by the opportunities ahead for the organization.
Prior to B.A.S.S., Nick spent 10 years at Ernst & Young (EY) in the Assurance practice in Birmingham, Alabama, rising to the role of Senior Manager. He led client‑serving teams across the Banking and FinTech (Crypto) sectors and represented his practice on several regional and national advisory boards, contributing to firmwide initiatives and strategic leadership efforts. Nick also served within EY’s Quality Network, where he focused on digital audit innovation in the financial services industry.
A licensed CPA, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics and a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Alabama.
Outside the office, Nick and his wife, Demi, enjoy life with their two sons, Lucas and Caleb. The family attends St. Peter’s Anglican Church, where Nick has served as Treasurer and is an active member of the worship team. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and the rewarding chaos of raising two energetic boys.
