Hallmans’s co-angler on the final day was Steve Foushee. Foushee started the final day in 8th place on the co-angler side with 6 pounds, 1 ounce.
Anglers can put on enough clothes to fight off the cold, but the hands still suffer.
In the strong wind, Hallman constantly used his Power Pole’s to slow down the drift of the boat.
Foushee kept a rod treatment sprayed on the eyes of his rods to help keep ice from forming.
