What does it do?
Upgrade advertises the GRT as the jig that does it all – crawls over rocks, takes on grass and wood flawlessly and slide through heavy timber.
Why do I need it?
If you do any of the above, this may just be the jig for you.
How do I use it?
If you’re fishing a rocky bottom, dragging is going to be your best bet. If the fish are more active, you can get away with a hop or two.
What sets it apart?
Several things. The weedguard is designed to be at a perfect angle that won’t interfere with hooksets but will keep all but the thickest grass away from the hook. The hook is a 4/0 Mustad Ultra point Super Sharp and is set at a 30-degree angle. The skirt is silicone and available in 15 colors.
