	“This is my oldest boy, Owyn, when he was 2,” said proud dad Darrell Maclean. “It was his first trip bass fishing, and he landed a goby for his first fish. As he was reeling it in, a 3-pound largie tried to eat it!”</p>

	Matt Bach takes his nephew, Brayden, fishing. Brayden, 5, was learning about fishing from his uncle at the family’s annual pig roast in July 2011 in Half Day, Ill. An hour later, Brayden reeled in his first bass ever.</p>
