“This is my 9-year-old son, Jonah, and his first largemouth caught near Windsor, Colo.,” said Rick Gustafson.
“This was her first bass this year off of a minnow,” explained Robert Askins. “She’s only 5! It went for about 2 1/2 pounds.”
“This was my daughter’s first bass,” said Ryan Royer. “This photo was taken about four years ago when she was 6.”
“My son, Samuel, is a great young man and an amazing young bass fisherman,” said Scooter Kinard. “He thinks there is nothing better than bass fishing.”

“This was my son Xander’s very first fish,” said Aaron Burke. “I taught him how to hook a worm earlier that day, and he did it all by himself. We were both very excited and I was very proud of him. Now we go every Sunday and sometimes on Saturday too. He is becoming quite the fisherman. A very proud father I am indeed.”
