When you're riding your boat up to the Classic stage, the music that's pumping is up to you.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Once an angler qualifies for the Bassmaster Classic, one of the first big decisions he has to make is: What song will he walk out to on the biggest stage in bass fishing?

Some guys choose a song based on the message. Some choose their tune for the high energy blast that will accompany their boat riding up to the stage. And some choose a song because, well, they’re just a big Katy Perry fan.

Some guys, like Tim Johnston and Randy Howell, make up their own music.

Here are the songs they’ve chosen for the big show. What would you pick if you were fishing the Classic?

Casey Ashley, Fisherman (Casey Ashley)

Josh Bertrand, I’m Shipping up to Boston (Dropkick Murphys)

Tommy Biffle, Fred Bear (Ted Nugent)

Patrick Bone, Boogie Shoes (KC & The Sunshine Band)

Stephen Browning, Crazy Train (Ozzy Osbourne)

Coby Carden, The Only Way I Know (Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan)

Brent Chapman, Dream Big (David Cook)

Hank Cherry, Here Comes the Boom (Nelly)
