Ryan Gard of Floral City, Fla., is the winner of the Ultimate Fish with KVD sweepstakes. Gard is 31, and he has never been a B.A.S.S. member but does fish on occasion. He is originally from Kalamazoo, Mich, and that is why he entered 70 times. There were 590,000 entries from over 64,000 people. Gard won the following package valued at $35,000.
