Send us a pic of your favorite bass lake!

The list of the 2014 100 Best Bass Lakes is on the way, and Bassmaster needs photos of your favorite lakes.

The staff at Bassmaster Magazine is working steadily on the new list of the 100 Best Bass Lakes for 2014. Last year, we asked our readers to send us photographs of their favorite lakes in the state in which they live, and this year we need your help again!

Please send photos of your favorite body of water in your state to bestbasslakes@bassmaster.com. Make sure to include your full name in case we decide to use your photo so we can give you credit! We can’t guarantee that we will use every photo submitted, but we will do our best. Let us know the name of the body of water as well as the state, too.

This can include lakes, rivers, ponds … wherever you like to go bass fishing!

As we research the list, we survey Department of Natural Resources and wildlife agency officials, B.A.S.S. Conservation directors, B.A.S.S. Nation presidents and more than 3,500 B.A.S.S. members thorughout the United States. We ask them to base their ratings on catch rates, popularity amongst anglers, population studies, stocking schedules and the overall health of the fishery.

Check out the photo gallery from the 2013 list of 100 Best Bass Lakes to see some photos that were submitted by B.A.S.S. fans like you. And make sure you email your photos in today!
