Alabama extends funding of Forever Wild

The Alabama B.A.S.S. Federation Nation worked with other nongovernmental organizations and the Alabama Wildlife Federation to ensure continued funding of the state's Forever Wild program.

Jim Howard, conservation director for the Alabama B.A.S.S. Federation Nation, worked with other nongovernmental organizations and the Alabama Wildlife Federation to ensure extension of funding for the state’s Forever Wild program.

Forever Wild uses oil tax revenues to purchase lands across Alabama with the sole purposes of protecting them from development and keeping them available for public use.

Howard worked approximately 32 hours on this project.
