Aaron and Leslie Martens were at BASS world headquarters today for a meeting with Nationwide. That's Aaron and Leslie in the center with Nationwide's Rick Legue and Natalie Siston.
We spent a few minutes with Aaron watching the live BASS Brawl, and he immediately began critiquing the fishing techniques of Howell and Walker. "If they're not catching fish, why don't the switch to drop shoting?" said Aaron, who is a noted drop shoter. We were eager to relay that question to the competitors on the water. They got a good chuckle out of hearing from Aaron. Randy responded, "We're not drop shoting because we're not Aaron Martens."
