Edwin Evers certainly has been on a roll. It started with the Elite Series event at Lake Havasu, when Evers caught 20-7 on Day 1 and finished third. But take a look at his last six days of competiton, beginning with Day 1 at Kentucky Lake at BASSfest, which he won with a total of 97-4, and his first two days here:
24-0, 27-2, 21-2, 25-0, 21-3, 22-9
That's six bags in a row between 21-2 and 27-2. Obviously, Evers is the man to beat on the St. Lawrence River.
