Overstreet relying on his lifeline – GPS

Navigating the twisting turns of the Sabine River system's various bayous is no easy task. For many people, boating here would leave them lost as a ball in high weeds.

Photographer James Overstreet, who thinks a bit differently than most, reports that he would be "disoriented as a fatherless feline" right now, if not for his GPS. Overstreet thinks he's somewhere in the vicinity of where I got thrown out of an airboat in September of 2012.

Nobody knows the trouble I've seen traveling with Overstreet.
