Where will they go today?

For the leaders, like Brandon Palaniuk, James Elam and Alton Jones, there is no need to guess about where they will be fishing today. They'll be back in the hottest spot of this tournament – in Lake Huron, near the St. Clair River. But others had some decisions to make last night.

AOY leader Aaron Martens was considering taking it easy today and staying in Lake St. Clair all day, especially after doing better than expected yesterday afternoon there.

Charlie Hartley will be one to keep an eye on. The Great Lakes veteran angler weighed the biggest bag of smallmouth bass from Lake St. Clair of his life on Day 1 (19-3). He had 18-13 from St. Clair yesterday and starts in 14th place today – 6 pounds out of the lead.

"I know I can catch 25 pounds in Erie," Hartley said yesterday. "I don't think I can do that in St. Clair."
