I had dinner last night with Steve Kennedy and as usual much of the talk revolved around Swimbaits.
With him was his wife, Julia and kids, Sophia and SJ. SJ is quite the artist. While Steve and I were talking about how many fish he wasn't catching on a swimbait, SJ was drawing on a napkin.
When he was through he presented the master piece to his father and me. Ever the dutiful father, Kennedy asked him about what he had drawn. It shows two guys fishing in a boat, one of which is catching a fish.
According to SJ that is me catching the fish.
When Kennedy asked him how he could tell, he answered "because he's the one with hair."
Great moment. One I remembered a few moments ago when Kennedy posed with a keeper of his own in the blog.
