He went to the back far and away from anything he's fished all week and walked a frog over grass. No takers. But he picked up his primary weapon and started on some shallow pilings.
He immediately caught a 2 plus that allowed him to cull. Not a whole lot of weight. But in this event ounces count.
In this case it was a 3-ounce cull.
He said he can't do that. He will need those 2-pounders tomorrow.
He's leaving his primary area and headed to a different marina to check it out. Basically he's practicing fortomorrow.
He has about 15 pounds at the moment which will put him in a position to win tomorrow.
