Randy Howell won the Second Chance tournament yesterday at Lake Barkley after placing 63rd in the first two days at Kentucky Lake. He just showed how quickly the world gets right at Kentucky Lake. In 15 minutes, beginning at 9:40 a.m, Howell caught 7 bass weighing a total of 25-10. That allowed him to cull up to 20-12 on the day.
