Elite Series Tournament Director Trip Weldon is getting the boats in order, readying everyone for a potential take-off.
It's still foggy, but the wind has picked up and we see momentary glimpses of promise when it clears a spot enough to see land on the other side of the river.
We are still 10 or more minutes away, but Weldon knows the importance of getting these guys out as soon as possible.
The tourney is so close weight wise that today is critical for a big part of the field, especially in regards to the AOY race. None of that will take precedence over safety.
Everyone, though, is ready to go. Now we just need the fog to cooperate.
