Scroggins with No. 2

We just watched Terry Scroggins catch keeper No. 2 — estimated at 3 1/2 to 4 pounds. He let out a big holler. Terry told us a few minutes ago he's just glad to be on the board. He's betting a lot of people will zero out today.
