After an 1 hour and 45 minutes of this period, Dean Rojas is on the board.
He’s left his little wind-protected area on the main river. He’s been on this spot for several minutes without a bite. It looked like it would be a dry hole, but he finally hooked up and reeled in keeper number one.
From this distance it appeared to be in the one-pound range. But it’s hard to say.
We do know if he wants to keep pace with Jordan Lee, he’ll need a few more of those bites.
Who knows, maybe he just fired up a school.
(Editor’s note: Bowman’s guess was pretty good – Rojas’ bass weighed in at 1-4.)
