1. How do I change my address on my membership?

You can change your address online; click here to get started. You can also send an e-mail to bassmaster@emailcustomerservice.com with your Name & Membership number, and both old/new addresses. You may also change your address over the phone by calling 877-BASS-USA, option #1.

2. Who do I contact if I have not received the latest issue of Bassmaster Magazine?

Monthly issues should reach all members no later than the 11th of each month. Please contact B.A.S.S. Membership Services at bassmaster@emailcustomerservice.com or toll-free 877-BASS-USA, option #1.

3. Are back issues of Bassmaster available?

Past issues of Bassmaster Magazine are not available for sale; however, starting in 2011, members can access archived issues of the magazine through Digital Bassmaster, a digital, searchable version of the magazine. Stay tuned for details.

4. What is B.A.S.S. Times?

B.A.S.S. Times is a monthly newspaper for the serious bass angler. Every issue is packed with B.A.S.S. tournament coverage, conservation news, resource issues and advanced "how-to" articles that will definitely help YOU catch more bass. It's also the official publication of the Federation Nation, the foundation of this sport's conservation movement and competitive fishing at the local level. Get involved - Get B.A.S.S. Times. Click here to order today or phone 877-BASS-USA, option #1.

5. Why do I receive renewal notices so early?

Bassmaster Magazine is printed two months before the actual issue is shipped, thus those members who renew close to their expiration date may experience an interruption in service. Early renewal notices are delivered in order to prevent such interruptions.

6. I recently renewed my B.A.S.S. Membership (which includes my Bassmaster subscription), but I received an additional statement; why?

Renewal payments may take several weeks to post to your account. In most cases, your payment and the additional renewal notices have simply crossed in the mail.

7. I'm suddenly receiving two issues per month; how can I fix this?

This occurs when B.A.S.S. has two separate memberships on file for the same person/address. These memberships can be combined, and the one membership will result in a new expiration date. Please contact B.A.S.S. Membership Services at bassmaster@emailcustomerservice.com or toll-free 877-BASS-USA, option #1 to resolve this issue.

8. Does B.A.S.S. offer a program for kids?

B.A.S.S. offers the Junior Bassmaster program as part of the Federation Nation. Check the Youth page for more details.

9. Can I give a membership/subscription as a gift?

Yes, B.A.S.S. has a program where you can give the gift of B.A.S.S. membership, and Bassmaster Magazine. Click here for more information.
