Dixon asked Hackney what his bait of choice would be today and he replied, “Man, it could be anything today, but I’ll probably throw that bug up there on the deck.”

Arriving at his first stretch of bank, Hackney began to make a series of flips to shoreline cover.

After an hour or so working the bank, he climbed right up into the brush and continued to make flip after flip.
