	Despite the tough conditions a fair number of people turned out to watch the boats wind their way through the debris to get to the ramp.</p>

	In truth, it was an obstacle course on the Delaware River today. Thanks to experience and good fortune no one was injured and no equipment was seriously damaged.</p>

	It should come as no surprise that the weigh-line was short. Only 32 keeper bass were caught today.</p>

	Another New Jersey angler, Chris Smith, shows off his four bass sack. No one else has managed to catch that many fish in the same day during this event.</p>

	Hobart Butcher along with some of his supporters keep a sharp eye on the weigh-in stage. Despite not being able to fish today because of a back injury he’s less than 3 pounds off the lead.</p>

	Immediately after the weigh-in the B.A.S.S. crew began to take down their equipment so they could move it to higher ground. The water’s supposed to be higher tomorrow than it was today.</p>
