Jim Breaux and Gene Hoover of Louisiana were in the crowd for the 2016 Costa Bassmaster Junior Championships in Huntingdon, Tenn. Hoover is the B.A.S.S. Youth Director, and Breaux is director of the Junior Southwest Louisiana Bassmaster club whose members placed fifth in the tournament.
