LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. — Stephen Longobardi has extended his term on the pro staff of McCoy Fishing Line for 2015.
Longobardi was a member of the McCoy team in 2014. Longobardi competed in the Southern Opens in 2014, and he'll be a rookie on the Bassmaster Elite Series in 2015.
"I have always been a supporter of McCoy," said Longobardi. "Besides being American-made, they make the best line I have ever used.
"While I will certainly face a lot of stress and pressure in my first year, worrying about my line won't be one of them."
McCoy Fishing Line, which has been making premium fishing line and tackle since 1935, credits Longobardi's attitude, work ethic and understanding of social media for the extension of his contract.
